Koyeed would like to share the purchase process with new and existing customers, as having transparency in honest business is also a Sustainable Approach for Koyeed.

After a customer has placed a Manual Payment Order:
We will be able to see your order details.
We will start packing. After we have finished packing, we will show you a picture of the product you've ordered in a reusable gift bag.
We will contact you via WhatsApp (message) to confirm the collection date and time.
If you are already at the Poiz Centre, please allow approximately 30 minutes or 1 hour for packing before the face-to-face meeting collection.
PayNow Payment:
The preferred payment method is PayNow. Koyeed will send the customer the PayNow QR Code so the customer can make the payment before or during the collection meeting.
Before the collection meeting:
If the customer allows PayNow before the collection meeting, the customer will usually send Koyeed a screenshot of the amount transferred. Koyeed will check and confirm. When the payment is received, Koyeed will also share a screenshot of the amount received at our end as proof of receipt.
During the collection meeting:
Koyeed will show the PayNow QR Code on the phone screen to the customer, and the customer will perform a PayNow transfer. Usually, the customer will show the phone page of the amount transferred to Koyeed. Koyeed will check and confirm on the spot.
Above is the dealing process after an order is placed.
Customers will be able to collect the product on the same day, as we have immediate stock.
